I have been so impressed with the service that you have given us so far that I feel compelled to write an e:mail to say how impressed we are with our dealings with you......and we haven't even collected the caravan yet!!! Ben, when we arrived, was welcoming and was hugely patient with us as we looked around the caravans to decide which we liked. He was knowledgeable and informative and we were made to feel welcome and not rushed. The tea was nice too! We subsequently decided on one and there was nothing we could fault in the way he managed this. Since then he has maintained contact and kept us informed. What a pleasure to experience such service which many companies would do well to emulate. I would without question recommend you to anyone who was looking for a good quality caravan at a reasonable price and we look forward to catching up when we collect our new addition.
