Chris and his team have been extremely helpful with advice & assistance from the word go. As first time buyers we were naturally apprehensive about what to buy for our limited entry-level budget. We were guided in the right direction & nothing was too much trouble. The caravan is in excellent condition & the ability to spend our first night on-site in the field next to Chris's premises proved invaluable in helping us iron out the handful of minor queries which we encountered. After-sales has been exemplary with "over the phone advice" & a quick return visit for a minor technical fault being handled with a friendly & totally professional attitude.
